To choose the diameter of your rope :
– if the distance between the corner of the shade sail and the attachment point (wall mounts, poles, tree branches…) is less than 1.5 m, please choose the N2 rope (⌀ 1 cm), in double for more solidity.
– If the distance between the corner of the shade sail and the attachment point (wall mounts, poles, tree branches…) is more than 1.5 m, please choose the N3 rope (⌀ 1.4 cm), one way, it will be enough.

To determine which length of rope to choose, you need to take into account the distance between the corner of the shade sail and the attachment point, then add about 50 cm to allow for the knots.

Example: if the distance between the corner of the shade sail and your attachment point is 1 m, the length of rope needed is 10 m (2,5 m at each corner).

I give the rating 3 stars because the product is very good, installed for only 15 days, to see in the long term. However, the rating is justified by the lack of professionalism of the Commercial Director. Very disappointed by the sales and after-sales service which, in my opinion, have no sense of service and customer relations. I was delivered by mistake the wrong canvas, smaller and therefore less expensive than the one ordered. I contact the sales department, the sales director is haughty and does not apologize at any time for the inconvenience caused, worse he sends me an e-mail writing to me "that as an exceptional measure they are ready to recover the wrong canvas free of charge!" But the error does not come from me but from the Scourtinerie, it is completely normal to rectify your error, and to deliver me the correct canvas. In short, very bad at customer management; A reset question of the commercial director and his improvement of the customer experience would be necessary.
