Deliveries, exchanges and returns


Deliveries in France, Europe :

Delivery site : Delivery at your home or at your workplace

Delivery method : Professional carriers/transporters : GLS, La poste..

Delivery time : 2 to 4 working days after your order has been dealt with.

Cost : It depends on the season, the weight and country . Free if the order exceeds 850 € ( excl . taxes).

Withdrawal : Freem if you withdraw directly at our shop in Nyons : 36 rue de la maladrerie 26110 NYONS

Exchanges : If you return one item for colour or sizing problemwithin 14 days, we can resend you the same product in a different size or colour( if the product is available ). Once we receive your item, la scourtinerie will make the exchange and the new reference will be sent to you.

Please note that if the new item is more expensive than the one you have returned, the price difference will have to be paid.

You will find more information about our exchange and return polic as well as your right to retract and delivery fees in our « G>eneral sales conditions ».

Returns :

All products can be resent to us with a legal time limit of 14 days from the day of the order if and only if the product is returned in its entirety, in its original package and has not suffered any damage.

Let us know :

In order to facilitate reimboursment or exchange of your material, you must let our customer service know your intention to return the material either by e-mail at the following adress : [email protected] or by leaving a message on the contact formulaire available on our website.

Filling the return note :

A return note will be sent to you by e-mail. When returning the package, please include the return note with it.

Preparing your package : Replace the product in its package and make sure the item is well protected and in a perfect condition to be resold. The package is expected to be clean and to include all accessories that came with the order ( documenttion, heart shaped thimbles, ropes…). La scourtinerie will not accept any incomplete returns, damaged, wrecked or used material.

Please put the return note duly filled in the package.

Return the package :

We advise you to chose a transportation method with a tracking number (colissimo, La poste, DPD).

Without a tracking number, we cannot accept any reclamation.

The package and the return note shall be sent to uswithin 14 days at the most after youreceive your orderto the follolwing adress : Service client. La Scourtinerie 2405, route des Caritats 26110 CONDORCET.

Return fees at are your expenses unless we made a mistake on your order.

You also have the option to return the material to « La scourtinerie » in Nyons.

Reimboursement :

Once we receive your package, we will assess the good shapeof the material you’ve returned before procceeding to any refund. No return will be accepted if the items have been used or damaged and if they are unsuitable for reselling

Items that have been purchased :

Refund does nota apply to any item that has been purchased on discount. in the latter case, a discount voucherwill be offered to you.
