I was delivered by mistake the wrong canvas, smaller and therefore less expensive than the one ordered. I contact the sales department, the sales director is haughty and does not apologize at any time for the inconvenience caused, worse he sends me an e-mail writing to me "that as an exceptional measure they are ready to recover the wrong canvas free of charge!" But the error does not come from me but from the Scourtinerie, it is completely normal to rectify your error, and to deliver me the correct canvas. In short, very bad at customer management; A reset question of the commercial director and his improvement of the customer experience would be necessary.
